Our Chairman

Sir Ashok J Rabheru KCVO DL is the Chairman and CEO of the Genisys Group. He is the mentor to the executive team and guides them in strategic decisions. Sir Ashok has been awarded a Knighthood in the 2022 Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Birthday Honours List and has been awarded the rare honour of the title of Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order. This honour is in recognition of his years dedicated to charitable work, in particular for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, for which he has supported in various capacities for over twenty-five years. Additionally, he is also the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of the County of Buckinghamshire. His belief in the business coupled with his passion for excellence along with his entrepreneurial nature has propelled Genisys to the heights it sees today. As a company we are all incredibly proud of this wonderful achievement.
