Solution
Genisys worked with the company to provide a full re-engineering of the Patient Administration System technology. The project involved collaboration between geographically scattered teams with conflicting priorities.
Over 10,000 man days and with more than 100 staff, Genisys synchronised involvement between stakeholders in US, UK and India.
The end result was a future-proof, centralised PAS that enabled real-time information sharing for all business users. The healthcare company is now able to work more efficiently on a global scale, providing more accurate information to customers and patients.
